3 Quick Hair Spa Treatments

g7mndpp3tys8wnrnjkq1_dscf0623-copia

Today on OiB, I will discuss the three most responsive and quick treatments for hair. I have often received queries from my fans who say that they often don’t have much time to visit salons and spas or that they have to go to many different places and can’t afford to give time for hair. This is why I decided to share the approach I apply, whenever I am in such a situation.

The best way to do this is save time by not going to the salon or spa at all. I have often seen that most of my time is spent looking for my stylist, calling her up, setting an appointment, and then traveling to and from the salon as well. This means that if you spend about 40 minutes on your hair then more than 40 minutes is spent in other ways.

This is why I decided to learn and develop some new skills for quick hair treatments so that I do not need to go to the spa at all. I have developed a few of these quick treatments, but the top 3 of them are given as follows

1. Scalp Massage

There might be many essentials for different hair treatments but this treatment is truly the best of all. This is because it is super easy and works wonders at home too. The hair treatment is started at home while coconut oil or olive oil is also put into it. The next step only requires true head massaging with gentle stroke for just a little amount of time. As a result, the blood circulation is increased and a boost is received by the hair as well.

2. Hair Steaming

This is one of the most important processes that can be used for improving one’s hair. Hair steaming can be obtained after a towel is dipped in warm water and all the extra water is squeezed from it. You can also wrap this towel around your hair so that the oil can reach deep down under into your scalp. This can be done for 5 to 6 minutes so that the maximum effect is reached upon. It leaves hair volumised in a sense too.

3. Hair Washing and Conditioner Treatment

This is the last step of taking quick hair treatments at home. You can shampoo your hair, condition it and wash it thoroughly. One can also apply a paste of beetroot and hibiscus powder on it. Next, the hair mask is also the best way to take care of all nourishment needs. It provides softening and hair texture regulation as well. it provides shine to your hair effectively as well.

If you have any questions regarding any of these 3 quick hair treatments, then you do not need to hesitate at all if you leave your question here in the comments. I have heard concerns of many people regarding their hair loss, it is quite sadful to hear them explain about their condition. Yet they cannot afford those expensive hair treatments. I’m quite sure a few of you are among these too. There is no need to get sad, today we are going to discuss the natural way to get your hair back! 🙂

Today I’m going to introduce you to the benefit of Argan oil on hair and how to use it to get your hair back. Extracted from the seed of Argan fruit, this miracle oil is also called liquid gold. Argan Oil has a huge demand but the supply is limited so it can be quite expensive. Argan oil has many dermatological uses and it is great for him. You can use this oil to bring back your hair to those glorious forms that they were before.

Since it has so many benefits on hair it is also called liquid gold by many beauty experts. Argan Oil moisturizes your hair and gives you freedom from tangled and frizzy natural hair. I’d recommend preferring this oil if your hair is getting all messed up and dry. The oil is rich in essential nutrients which will help to keep your hair healthy. The nongreasy nature of this oil is the another aspect that makes Aragan Oil my personal favorite.

So let’s go through the benefits Argan oil on hair:

Argan Oil is great natural hair moisturizer and a perfect substitute for greasy coconut oil. I knew many of my colleagues who were great fan of natural hair preferred coconut oil but now they’re slowly switching over to Argan oil. It makes you feel softer and reduces the roughness.

On the penetrate deep into the scalp, and strengthens the of the hair, hence reduces breakage. Essential nutrients in the oil also refresh your scalp and reduce the growth of dandruff. Strength” v roots and a healthy scalp encourages hair growth.

The nongreasy nature of the Argan oil also makes it the perfect natural hair condition. Now you don’t have to prefer those chemical-based substances which in the long run may damage your hair. It also gives the hair the perfect natural shine.

Many researchers indicate that argan oil promotes hair growth, so if you are someone who is facing hair loss then I’ll definitely recommend using this all three of four times a week. While applying it on your hair make sure that the oil reaches the scalp, take one or three drops of – oil in your palm and massage it thoroughly. Not only your scalp, also massage it on the hair ends. Take your time while massaging and make sure it reaches everywhere.

Applying argan oil on your hair

You can use Argan oil either before or after. If you are someone who doesn’t like to keep their hair moisturized and shiny then I’d recommend to use it before Bath. Take few drops of Argan oil in your palm, massage it on your hair and keep it there for 15 minutes. After you’re done wash it off while you take bath. Preferably for a much better result, you have enough time, you can wrap around a hot towel on your head for 30 minutes.

As mentioned earlier you can use this oil as a conditioner. For this, you have to use oil after bath. Either you can massage the oil directly after a bath or blow-dry your hair and then add a few drops of Argan on your brush and comb your hair. This will give a shiny look for your hair whilst it makes the roots and the scalp stronger.

I had recommended Argan oil many in the past, so far I have received positive results from the use! So I strongly recommend that you use Argan oil to bring back your hair to the glory it was before. The oil is quite easy to come by, so use it if you are facing the concerned condition and let me know about it.

It would be great if you told me how it went!! 🙂 Have you used argan oil before?

Brazil Nut Oil

I tried Brazil Nut Oil for my hair, the result is amazing!

In most cases, I am not the type of person to buy very popular or very new beauty products. I know that there are a number of products on there which people claim to be brilliant but are just downright terrible. For a good long while, I avoided Brazil nut oil. This was a huge mistake. Let me run you through the experience I had with it.

I tried two types of Brazil nut oil. Firstly, I tried shampoo which claimed to contain Brazil nut oil. I am going, to be honest with you here, I did not notice any benefit when I used it.  I almost gave up at this point, then somebody told me to try pure Brazil nut oil. I am glad I did.

I started applying the Brazil nut oil to my hair and I noticed huge changes within a day. One of the main reasons as to why I started to look into a ‘natural solution’ like this is because I noticed that my hair had started to look a bit dull and lifeless. In addition to that, I was experiencing split end after split end. This, obviously, was not good. I tried a number of different solutions before and none of them really seemed to work. Then I discovered Brazil nut oil.

Saturday Relaxation with Dead Sea Salt and Ginger

Within days, the life in my hair had come back. Since Brazil nut oil, apparently, encourages hair growth, my hair looked fuller within weeks of me starting to use the natural oil. In addition to this, the hair was thicker. Split ends were now a thing of the past. In fact, I do not think I have had a single split end since I started to use Brazil nut oil. My hair has never looked or felt better.

Once my friends started to see the huge impact that the Brazil nut oil had on my hair (I loved the compliments!) I told them what they needed to do. Within a few weeks, all of them had experienced exactly the same results that I had. They ended up with stunning looking hair, and it didn’t require any effort on their part either! All they needed to do was apply some of the oil to their hair and they were pretty much ‘good to go’.

Remember, if you wish to get the same benefits that I did with Brazil nut oil, it is important that you choose an oil which is incredibly high in quality. This means only the purest of nut oil that you can find. Your natural health food store should carry some. If not, try to get it online!

Have you tried Brazil nut oil too? Let me know of your experiences below! 😉
