Usage of Tea Tree Oil and Its Benefits

Want to improve your skin condition using natural elements? Then this post is definitely for you.

Introduction
There are hundreds and thousands uses of tea tree oil. It is best known for skin care application, but the research has shown that tea tree oil can be used as antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral property.

There are over hundred different constituents in the native tree from Northeast coast of Australia. All these components play a major role in developing properties of this surperbe natural skincare product. The best quality of tea tree oil is that you do not have to dilute it before applying to the skin. It is the safest oil and is suitable for all skin type as is it considered as the concentrated natural oil. But if you have very sensitive skin then I would recommend you to dilute it.

Here you go with some suggestions regarding the uses and benefits of tea tree oil.

 Athletes Foot: It commonly grows in warm, moist areas between toes and the sides and soles of feet. It is very infectious and spreads quickly through locker and shower rooms. Tea tree oil is great for treating a wide range of fungal infections and symptoms, which includes athlete’s foot. To get rid of athlete’s foot, you can use tea tree oil as topical application. It would be effective of you apply 3 or more times a day to the infected area. Tea tree oil is also used in the topical treatment of skin infection such as ringworm.

 In the treatment of cold and flu: Cold and flu symptoms can be treated by using tea tree oil. For sore throats, it is a suggestion to add ten drops to a cup of warm water and gargle. Do this twice a day. This will help you in clearing mucus and killing bacteria.

 Sinus: Put few drops of tea tree oil in a steam bath or vaporizer or you can add 5-10 drops to steaming hot water for an inhalant. You can rub around sinuses. Using this treatment at the onset of symptoms will help in killing germs and bacteria.

 Gum infections: Use a mouthwash of tea tree oil by diluting it in water, it will help remedy and prevent gum disease and plaque. Do not even think about swallowing it. Small amounts are not considered toxic, though it can create some stomach related problems.

 Candida Albicans Infections: Tea tree oil possesses fungal properties which can help in clearing vaginal thrush and is of value with treating genital infections generally.

 Acne: Gently wipe the skin with a cotton ball which is soaked in straight or diluted tea tree oil. It will help in calming the inflammation, diminishing infection, and preventing new acne pores from developing. It does not irritate or trouble skin while killing the bacteria that aggravate skin eruptions. You can use it on face, neck, chest, and back. Mix a few drops with acne cleanser to boost its effectiveness.

 Head Lice: Head lice can be treated by adding then drops of tea tree oil to shampoo. The hair and scalp should be wet and lathered thoroughly. Use a fine toothed-comb before shampoo is rinsed off. Avoid direct contact with eyes while washing hair. For effective result must use it several times a month.

 Іnsесt Bites: A drop or two of tea tree oil can be applied directly onto an insect bite or sting to help alleviate swelling, itching, and redness.

 Skin Irritations and Sunburns: Add several drops of tea tree oil to bath water; it can help reduce the swelling and itching from skin irritations. In addition the same method can be done to help the symptoms of minor sunburns.

 Bug Repellent: Bugs strongly dislike tea tree oil. The oil can be used against deter ants, roaches, and other pests. Put a few drops of the oil where the pests are coming from. You can also wipe your kitchen, rooms and other places of house with the mixture of water and tea tree oil this will make the bugs leave.

Be Somebody Who Makes Everybody Feel Like Somebody

I’m sure that we all have a perspective of ourselves and we all have things we like and dislike about ourselves; looks; attitudes, weaknesses or constant failures. Every one of us places a level of importance on ourselves and we all know that, but what we don’t really pay attention to the reason that we place that level of importance on ourselves.

People are easily scared of being taken for granted! Maybe because of the way they grew up or how the world has become; it doesn’t really matter, what matters is the we do our best to make them see that they are important, in fact, vital to this world.

I have felt like a nobody before, I know what it feels like to be below average in school, I have felt little because I was underemployed, I know how desperate I was to be seen as somebody that matters, I remember how I was looking for the slightest opportunity to prove to myself and any other person that I matter. I have moved from that place now, I do not only feel like somebody, my goal is to become that guy who makes everybody feels special and respected.

I do this every day by praising the little things people do, by genuinely seeking something in everyone that can make them proud and making sure that I announce it constantly.

Sometimes the world is such a depressing place and I find myself trying to convince myself that I am important; where am I going to find the energy to help someone feel like somebody? The answer is simple, anytime I succeed in making someone feel special, I feel special too! I feel useful and important and I know that is not just a feeling, it is the truth, I am making the world a better place. I use the following mindset to keep a smile on people’s faces:

  • I put myself in their shoes: Anytime I truly take out time to look at things from the other person’s perspective, I get the opportunity to imagine how that person feels and that allows me to understand to a certain degree, what that person is feeling and to be of help.
  • I keep doing it: I try treating people the way that I would want to be treated: when I interact with people, I try as much as possible to treat them as I would like to see them treat others, that gives me the privilege to pass something to someone that will make the world a better place.
  • It is an obligation: Most people just want to get something from life, we want to take from it and are not really ready to add value to life. I want to change that narrative, so I feel it is my obligation to make people see that they are special, unique and capable.
  • I see people as important: Anybody that develops the ability to see people as important will be able to go out of his way to make sure that they are treated as precious things should be treated – with care. And over time you will find out how much people will love hanging around you. Over time people will also begin to treat you with that level of respect and love.

This is also what I have observed, anywhere I practice this, what I give out gets multiplied and given back to me and to many others, but that doesn’t mean that I should always expect anyone to treat me the way I treat them, because they just might not.

The One and Only Green Mango Smoothie

I love smoothies. You can consume several cups of fruits and veggies so quickly and easily, and the format allows your body to absorb the nutrients faster. Isn’t it marvelous?

Green smoothies are my favorite – they provide an amazing morning boost that I can’t do without anymore. Here are a few tips I have picked up since starting my green smoothie journey, with a delicious recipe at the end for you.

  1. Keep It Simple: While you can mix in things like chia seeds, supplements, and yogurt or milk, if you want your body to get the most from a green smoothie, keep your ingredient list to just greens (kale, spinach, lettuce, chard, parsley, etc.), fruit, and juice or water. This is optimal for your digestive tract and allows faster absorption of nutrients.
  2. Chew: Try to chew your smoothie. Sounds a little silly, right? This encourages your mouth to produce saliva, which helps with digestion.
  3. Rotate Greens: When I first started, I only used spinach – it’s so mild and blendable! I learned, though, that greens contain small amount of alkaloids, and you don’t want a build up of the same kind of alkaloids from consuming just kale, or spinach, etc.

TIPS: Using the same greens in a row for a few days is absolutely fine, just try not to go more than a couple weeks without switching otherwise you might experience some digestive upset.

Now for one of my all-time favorite green smoothie combinations: mango, kale, and banana. Mangoes – as well as honey and some seeds – can help clear your skin, are a great source of vitamins E,C, and A, and improve digestion. Kale is high in fiber, iron, calcium, vitamins K, C, and A. And bananas, a classic smoothie ingredient, provide potassium, manganese, vitamin B6, fiber, vitamin C, and…well, the list goes on and on for the nutritional benefits of these three ingredients.

Let me just say, on top of it all, this smoothie tastes amazing!
