Then, mix the mixture with the plain milk powder, white Kaolin klay and rice powder, stir it well with tool.

Last, apply the mask onto your face and let it dry for about fifteen to twenty minutes. You can read, listen to music or anything you like while waiting. The Reasons You Should Add Organic Hazelnut Oil to your Skin Nutrition Regimen

How to Use Organic Hazelnut Oil in your daily skincare? | www.OrganicIsBeautiful.com

Hazelnut oil is made out cold-pressed as well as rosted hazelnuts and has a pale yellow color.
Widely used in Mediterranean diet, hazelnut oil has numerous health benefits. It contains a high
concentration of mono unsaturated fatty acids which promote good cholesterol while lowering
bad cholesterol.

Hazelnut in general is considered very healthy as it contains an abundance of nutrients that are good for your health. These nutrients include a high concentration of proteins, vitamin E and B as well as oleic acid which helps reduce cholesterol. Hazelnut Oil is also used in skincare regimes around the world because of its amazing effect on the skin. The uses of hazelnut oil in skincare is as follows:

1) Nourishment: Hazelnut oil hydrates the skin by moisturizing it. The skin absorbs the hazelnut oil which alleviates the sebum which is a naturally occurring skin oil. This leaves the skin looking soft and radiant. High levels of sebum also help reverse the signs of aging in the skin and reduces wrinkles and crows’ feet.

2) eAcne: The oleic acid in hazelnut oil moisturizes the skin and helps get rid of acne. The nutrients in hazelnut oil also help remove acne scars. The lightness of the oil makes sure that you don’t breakout.

3) Oily Skin: Hazelnut oil is a tried and tested oily skin remedy. It acts as a mild astringent which tightens the skins’ pore and helps regulate the excretion of oil from the skin.

4) Cleansing: The Vitamin E in hazelnut oil helps unclog pores in your skin which thoroughly cleanses the skin and leaves it look even toned and smooth. This also prevents acne and blackheads.

5) UV Protection: Hazelnut oil has a natural sun protection factor (SPF) that protects the skin from UV rays. While this protection is mild, and you will need a hat or sunscreen for further protection, hazelnut oil gives an added layer of fortification against the sun.

6) Antioxidant Protection: An antioxidant inhibits the oxidation process in the body. Antioxidants in the skin helps inhibit the activity of free radicals which can damage the skin cells. Antioxidants help reduce the aging of the skin, and give it a younger, smoother feel.

7) Gentle and rejuvenating: Hazelnut oil is a very light oil that can be used on sensitive skin. Moreover, because of all the nutrients, antioxidants and vitamins hazelnut oil helps rejuvenate the skin. It has an anti-aging effect on your skin that makes it look softer, smoother and more radiant than before.

With hazelnut oil a little goes a long way. You only need a few drops of the oil to use on your face for it to take effect. This is great news since hazelnut oil can be a little expensive (depending on where you live) and have a long shelf life. You can use a few drops every day and get rid of all these expensive lotions, cleansers, toners and creams taking up all the shelf space in your bathroom!

Today on OiB I will take about different alternatives to Eating Eggs. If you are a person who just cannot do it with eggs, then this article is truly the best for you. Eggs are no doubt very rich in proteins and they have such power and energy that there is actually no substitute for them. Still I have often been asked how organic can actually be beautiful if one doesn’t want to have eggs.

There is a simple answer to that. What I have found out is that it all takes for you to know what eggs contain. You can then make up for all these things that an egg provides with intakes of different things that are rich in the same. There are three types of people who cannot have eggs

  • People who are allergic to eggs
  • People who just don’t like the smell or taste of Eating Eggs
  • Vegetarians who do not want eggs to constitute their meals

Let me first tell you what eggs contains in them. Eggs are known to be important because they have too many benefits just through one simple egg. You can make up for them by eating multiple things but you can’t find all that in one simple ingredient.

  • Eggs contain lots of proteins
  • They can be had in different quantities and do not result in causing any heart diseases.
  • They have such contents that in fact raise the good cholesterol in the body
  • They are rich in too many antioxidants
  • They have lots of vitamins, minerals and good fats in them
  • Eggs also have iron, phosphorus, selenium and choline which is important for the brain
  • They help to lose weight too

I have substituted all these with different essential ingredients. If you are looking for its substitute in taste, then make sure you try the commercial egg replacer from stores. On the other hand, for gaining health benefits I normally eat the following or replace it when I am in no mood to have an egg.

  • I replace each egg for mashed potatoes if I need to bind a cutlet, loaf or a burger
  • I make crispy tofu to have an egg-less salad
  • If egg is used for adding moisture to any recipe, I add in ¼ cup banana puree for each egg asked for. Even apple sauce, vegan sour cream and pumpkin can be used for the sweetness
  • For baking, I make sure that agar powder is used instead of egg whites or soda is used for cake mixes

For people who need to eat things that can in any way replace some of the health provided by eggs. They can include the following in their diet.  Eating Eggs!

  • Lean meat is the best option and the number one to provide many essential proteins.
