Then, pour it out into a clean bowl and apply directly to your face and neck skin from about fifteen to twenty minutes. Apply the paste to your clean skin for about fifteen to twenty minutes. End by cleansing face thorughly with facial cleanser and that is all.

  1. A blend of Rice and Coriander Face Mask

To boost the benefit of Coriander, I usually mix between rice and Coriander. As it has been proven that rice is rich with anti-aging property and the Coriander oil as well.

What do you need?

  • 2 Teaspoon of Fresh Coriander oil
  • 2 Tablespoon of fresh plain yoghurt
  • 2 Tablespoon of cold aloe vera gel
  • 1 Tablespoon of plain milk powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of rice powder
  • 2 Tablespoon of white kaolin clay

How?

First, clean with water all the ingredients before used. Blend well Coriander oil, plain yoghurt, and aloe vera gel using food processor or juice blender until smooth. You just need to mix them all in only 1 minute, but if you think that the mixture is still less smooth, you can blend it again until smooth. Then, mix the mixture with the plain milk powder, white caolin klay and rice powder, stirr it well with tool. Last, apply the mask onto your face and let it dry for about fifteen to twenty minutes. You can read, listen to music or anything you like while waiting. Rinse your face after and use face mouisturizer. For additional information, white kaolin clay is very good to absorb all the dirt on your face and leave your skin supple like a baby’s skin.

The Beverage of the Goddess

Almond milk is a plant milk with a creamy texture and nutty taste. It contains neither cholesterol nor lactose and is often consumed by the lactose-intolerant and others who wish to avoid dairy products, including vegans. Commercial almond milk comes in sweetened, unsweetened, plain, vanilla and chocolate flavors, and is usually enriched with vitamins. Recipe and photo from Lasofra. The good thing is that you can make your own almond milk at home, and here is how.

∴ Instructions

1 – Place the almonds in a bowl and cover with about an inch of water. They will plump as they absorb water. Let stand on the counter, covered with a cloth, overnight. You can also refrigerate for up to 2 days.  It will do the job  😉  ❤ Simple.

2- Drain the almonds from their soaking water and rinse them thoroughly under cool running water. You will notice at this point the almonds feel a little squishy if you pinch them.

TIPS : It’s best to discard the soaking water because it contains phytic acid, which inhibits the body’s ability to absorb nutrients.

3- Place the almonds in the blender and cover with 2 cups of water. Pulse the blender a few times to break up the almonds, then blend continuously for two minutes. The almonds should be broken down into a very fine meal and the water should be white and opaque.

4- Pour the almond mixture into the strainer. You can then squeeze & press (with clean hands) to extract as much almond milk as possible. You should get about 2 cups.

Done! Taste the almond milk, and if a sweeter drink is desired, add sweetener to taste.

Benefits of Almond Milk:

While almond milk is becoming more and more popular, it is important to note that it does not provide as much protein or calcium to be a complete substitute, so make sure you receive adequate amounts from other sources. However, almond milk has a lot of benefits. It help with weight management and the following 😉
