Cleopatra.. Isn’t she our ideal? So today at OiB I am going to talk about Rosehip Oil which is considered as the Cleopatra of essential oils.

Basically, rose oil is an essential oil, which can be found in many quality skincare products. It is also used in natural therapies industries. It is expensive oil made from rosa damascene, which is commonly known as Moroccan Rosa. Rose oil, in some countries, is produced from Rosa centifolia.

Rose hip seed oil is extracted from the Rosa rubignosa, which grows wild in the Southern Andes.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon jojoba oil
  • 1 teaspoon rosehip seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon evening primrose oil
  • 20 drops frankincense essential oil
  • 10 drops carrot seed oil
  • vitamin e capsules
  • 1-ounce bottle with dropper cap

Pomegranate in DIY Skincare

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a small dark-colored bottle. Shake gently to combine.
  • Apply 2-4 drops to the pad of your finger and massage into face, neck and chest each night.
