Tea tree Essential oil to get rid of acne

There is such a large number of acne fighting cosmetic product out there, yet I prefer natural choices. Safe to use for your skin and body and pretty much as effective, that it really can’t go wrong.

One of my all time favourite to-go acne curing product is Tea Tree Oil. I’ve been using it for a long time and it really works well.

Extracted from from Australia’s tea trees, this oil contains antibacterial, antifungal and germ-free properties making it a great product to fight many skin problems like , bug bites, infections, athlete’s foot and of course, acne.

Tree oil is extracted by steam refining the leaves of the tea tree , which is local to Australia. Using oil against skin problems caused by an excess of oil may seem quite in-appropriate, but according to certain reserched its the best cure. Tree oil is best for fighting acne, but try it somewhere else on your body before yoou apply them on face, because some people have reported skin irritaion and itchiness after using Tea Tree Oil.

Here are the best three methods I use to fight acne, usinng Tea Tree oil.

Spot Treatment

I really hate those single spot pimples that destroy a generally wonderful appearance. As opposed to give your face a full facial, I select this convenient spot treatment.

All you need is some tea tree oil and aloe vera gel. Combine 1 teaspoon of tea tree oil with 9 teaspoons of aloe vera gel. Blend it and keep it in a container. Many people are keeping this container with them, and use it on their spot pimples

I use to apply a tiny amount of cream on the affected area and keep it on for 10-15minutes, this will kill the pimple causing bacteria and allow the pore to heal naturally.

The acne medicine

There’s nothing as remarkable as a decent medicine to overcome your skin problems. It makes your skin feel crisp, clean and keeps it fresh.

To make acne fighting medicinal spray, combine 1 portion of tea tree oil to 9 portions of water in a spray bottle. Shake it well, and then spray it on your face, neck or any body part which is affected by acne.

Like the spot treatment, this blend clears pores by killing the skin acne causing bacteria. It also help to overcome severe inflammation.

The Tea tree Face Mask

If you have severe acne problems, and of there is a severe breakout then tea tree face mask is for you.

To prepare the mask you need, 2 tablespoons of green clay powder, 4 drops of tea tree oil and enough water to transform this into a paste form. Blend this mixture together in a small bowl until it’s smooth. Using clean fingers, apply everywhere all over and neck and let it sit for 20 minutes. The paste will get to be dry in 20 minutes, but don’t wash it off! stay patient. You need to give it time to get absorbed into your skin.

After 30-45 minutes’ flush it off with water and pat dry. This paste can also be used for spot treatment, so don’t throw away the excess, keep it safe in an airtight container. It might come in handy.

If you are using any of the above three methods to cure your acne problem, the result may start appearing in a week. Other than cherishing your skin break-out and pimple free life, your skin will be also scented by the fresh oil fragrance in the tea tree oil.

Tea tree oil may be bit hard to find, but it’s the best natural cure out there if are facing acne problem. Don’t you think it’s worth a try? Don’t you think going all natural is the best way to overcome these skin problems. The above mentioned methods are quite easy, I always use them to get rid of my pimple problem, and I think you should give it a try too.

7 Reasons Why You Should Try Hitchhiking

1. Saving Money On Transportation

This was the reason why I first started hitchhiking, traveling on a shoestring and using public transportation don’t go well together. If I can get a flight from Portugal to Germany for 20€ I’m not paying more than that for a boring 200km, three hour bus ride to the next destination.

2. Saving More Money!

This might sound crazy to people who are concerned about the “dangers” of hitchhiking, but during some rides I have been offered food, money, drinks, accommodation and even marijuana and alcohol, usually they are just really into helping me and making sure I enjoy my adventure, some people have also driven off their paths just to drop me off exactly where I wanted them to.

Of course this situations don’t come very often, specially if you are hitchhiking with someone else. Although it feels amazing to be treated in such a nice way by a stranger you should be very grateful just by the fact that they decide to pick you up, so don’t expect anything else from the people who give you a ride.

3. Overcoming Your Fears.

When it comes to hitchhiking anyone who has never done it before tends to have enough misconceptions about it to keep themselves away from doing it unless encouraged by someone else.

The exact same thing happened to me, that’s why I want you to go out there and do it, after a few rides your opinions about hitchhiking will change drastically and once you overcome that fear you will feel more confident and even more determined to overcome other mental barriers that you may have.

Emotions are Contagious

4. Meeting Really Nice People

This is why I love hitchhiking! You will meet lots of different people and have many conversations with complete strangers. You can share your stories and at the same time discover more about the local culture or about someone else’s life, isn’t that great?

Of course not everyone is interested in hearing what you have to say or share with you their lives but countless times I’ve had really indulging conversations and learned much from this people and it also helped me overcome social insecurities.

5. Practising Your New Language

Please! Make sure you learn or at least write down some keywords or phrases from the local language. It’s easy to learn a new language and you can even practise for free with people who give you a ride by trying to introduce yourself, explaining where you want to go and even talk a bit about yourself in the local language.

If you and the person who give you a ride have any language in common it’s always funny to have a quick conversation in the local language, if that’s not the case be creative, talk with gestures or pictures, point at things, make an effort to break the language barrier.

You Are Your Own SuperHero

6. Save The World!

Every time someone picks you up the same amount of CO2 is emitted but more people are getting from point A to point B, this is what I call economizing. Can you imagine if more and more people start hitchhiking? Not only to travel on a budget but to actually do it on a daily basis. There would be less and less pollution, traffic jams and people would trust more on each other.

7. Experience True Freedom And Adventure

Hitchhiking is more than just sticking your thumb up and waiting. It’s the freedom of choosing where and when you want to go and never knowing where and when someone will take you there! It’s embracing the unknown! There are absolutely no certainties when it comes to hitchhiking, you never know what type of person or car will pick you up, how long you will have to wait or where they are going. This is what I call adventure!

When you don’t know what to expect you are living life in the present and experiencing everything in detail, you appreciate more the good things and easily ignore whatever doesn’t suit you.

I have countless good memories from hitchhiking: getting invited for lunch in a hill by the beach, having really funny or interesting conversations, getting rides on cabs for free, pretending to be moroccan on a police checkpoint and many more that are yet to come.
