How to Pamper Your Feet Naturally?

Have you ever heard that most men are attracted by the way the woman keeps her feet?

In case you’re wondering that’s all false, let me tell you that it is true since all my close male friends have admitted to it.

Today on OiB, we are going to discuss how feet grab others attention instantly and what can be done to get the perfect benefit from it for your personality and feet. Oups!

They believe that a woman who takes care of things as petty as her feet is greatly managed. So why not do the following to pamper one’s feet naturally and have the best of both personality and your feet.

  • Employ a DIY manicure (preparing you a step by step infographic very shortly)
  • Apply moisturizers and wear clean cotton socks
  • Relax your feet through different techniques
  • Maintain your feet through dead skin removal, proper nail clipping and massaging
  • Soften your feet soles naturally.

I recall when I finished my first 50km in the tropical forest of Malaysia last year, my feet hurts so bad! I used a few technics listed below to help recover.

All these tips have greatly helped me to have much better skin on my feet and every pair of shoes, every slipper looks good on my feet after proper care. Even the skin is rejuvenated and flushes its pink color to make my feet look enhanced and naturally blooming. This can be done though the following remedies in particular:

Use Toothpaste

Have your own manicure through doing away with yellow nails. Just dab some whitening toothpaste over your nails and let them sit while you watch one of your favorite episodes.

Use Salt and Oils

You can moisturize your feet through by removing dead skin cells. Use coarse salt and mix it with some vegetable oil which shouldn’t dissolve all the way. Some examples are Coconut oil or Carrot Oil, they both works fine. Rub with a pumice stone and rinse to have your pink heels again.

Soak Techniques

Use water to soak your feet for 10 to 20 minutes or add optional honey with milk. Rinse and apply moisturizer. Alternatively, you can also apply a homemade paste to your skin by adding to 0.2 cup of raw honey, rosemary and peppermint solution. Your feet will naturally absorb the paste during your sleeping or rest time.

Use Cuticle Cream

Trim and clip your toe nails and massage using cuticle creams in a circular motion or even use mayonnaise for the same.

Use Milk

You can soften your soles through adding 0.25 cup milk in some water and soaking them for an hour. While all this can pamper your feet greatly, share with us how your feet changed through these remedies or share some of your own tips with us too.

Milk as well as yogurt is a natural exfoliant and helps smooth dry skin. My long-time dried legs are now gone!
