How to Use Coriander Oil for Skin?

These are DIY face care using Coriander Oil that you can do in your home in Sunday evening with your girlfriends, perhaps! Enjoy!

  1. DIY Coriander Face Mask for Smooth Skin

With the anti-oxidants benefit inside, now smooth clear skin is not just a dream. Do it yourself Coriander face mask with this simple steps. Check it out!

What do you need?

  • A half cup of raw oatmeal
  • ¼ cup of natural white milk
  • ¼ cup of chopped cucumber
  • 2 TS (teaspoon) of organic coriander oil

How?

Mix and blend all the above ingredients into a blender for a minute with medium strength. You can measure it by yourself to continue blend it or stop it until the mixture is smooth and well mixed. Then, pour it out into a clean bowl and apply directly to your face and neck skin from about fifteen to twenty minutes. I usually clean it after a half our if I have many spare time to spend but then it is all up to you guys. After that, you can clean your face.

  1. Fight your acne with Coriander Paste

For you who recently fight acnes and/ or having blemished skin, you can try this at home easily.

What do you need?

  • 1 TS of fresh lemongrass
  • 2 TS of organic coriander oil
  • 1 TS of chamomile
  • 1 cup of cool water

How?

Mix all the paste ingredients above in a clean blender glass (remember that every tool you use in making organic remedies has to be clean), an blend it with high strength until smooth and create a paste form. Apply the paste to your clean skin for about fifteen to twenty minutes. End by cleansing face thorughly with facial cleanser and that is all.

  1. A blend of Rice and Coriander Face Mask

To boost the benefit of Coriander, I usually mix between rice and Coriander. As it has been proven that rice is rich with anti-aging property and the Coriander oil as well.

What do you need?

  • 2 Teaspoon of Fresh Coriander oil
  • 2 Tablespoon of fresh plain yoghurt
  • 2 Tablespoon of cold aloe vera gel
  • 1 Tablespoon of plain milk powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of rice powder
  • 2 Tablespoon of white kaolin clay

How?

First, clean with water all the ingredients before used. Blend well Coriander oil, plain yoghurt, and aloe vera gel using food processor or juice blender until smooth. You just need to mix them all in only 1 minute, but if you think that the mixture is still less smooth, you can blend it again until smooth. Then, mix the mixture with the plain milk powder, white Kaolin klay and rice powder, stir it well with tool.

Last, apply the mask onto your face and let it dry for about fifteen to twenty minutes. You can read, listen to music or anything you like while waiting. Rinse your face after and use face moisturizer. For additional information, white kaolin clay is very good to absorb all the dirt on your face and leave your skin supple like a baby’s skin.

Uses of Lavender Essential Oil

You can use lavender essential oil in hundreds and thousands of ways, and to help with a variety of home care needs. Lavender essential oils have been used for many years now and while it is mainly associated with its health and beauty benefits, Lavender has plenty of home care uses as well.

While it is easy to find out where you can use lavender essential oil, it is still quite difficult to figure out how to use it. Here you go with some wheres and hows of lavender essential oil. Lavender can be easily used to refresh clothes, carpets and rooms. You can use it to refresh clothes.

Place 5 drops of lavender essential oil into about quarter cup of fabric softener, and then add into washer. Your clothes will smell like freshly plucked lavender flowers. Not only this, it will also feel softer. There is another smart thing you can do. You  can make a lavender sachet and stick it in your drawer to keep your clothes smelling fresh.

For sachet:
To do this, just add some dried lavender with herbs like lemon, chamomile or mint leaves and place them in a small pouch. Pouch can easily be made by using your old t-shirt and some ribbon. Just cut your old t-shirt into a circle, add herbs of choice, and tie up with the ribbon.

For refreshing carpets and rugs:
Mix 2-4 cups of baking soda with 10-15 drops of lavender essential oil. Put in a plastic ziplock bag and let it sit for few days to dry out. Once you take this mixture out, fresh, wonderful, and soothing scent will touch your nose. Then just sprinkle it over your carpet. Let it sit for like 5 minutes and then you are more than welcome to vacuum up. Your carpet will smell amazing and fresh after this.

To refresh rooms:

Drop a few drops of lavender oil into the hot wax of burning candle, this will give off a faint smell. You can easily find lavender candles at home or any store.

You can also make lavender potpourri with dried lavender, fresh lavender, and a few drops of lavender essential oil. You can add any other types of dried flowers or herbs if you want to.

For bathrooms:
You can simply make decorative lavender soap out of simple melt and pour soup bases. These soap bases are available at any hobbyist store such as Michaels. You can also obtain an unlimited amount of moulds of different shape. It would be great if you find a leaf shaped mould and then make your soup in it. Take the soap base of your choice and melt it and pour it into moulds. To create the enchanting fragrances of lavender just add some lavender essential oil like about 5 drops to the soap base once it is melted. Make sure you do not add it when the base is hot or else you will destroy the lavender’s beneficial properties. When it is cooled you will achieve some very wonderful smelling soap that will keep your bathroom fresh.

Conclusion:

I am sharing a quick recipe with you, which has only Broccoli as the main ingredient, and will surely be a treat for all the vegetarians .

Ingredients:

 Broccoli flowers as desired
 White pepper powder 1 tsp
 Salt as desired
 Butter or Oil 2tsp

Method:

 Clean the Broccoli flower and cut into bite size pieces. Include the stalk of the Broccoli.

 Heat the oil and add all the Broccoli flowers in it. Sprinkle the white pepper powder and salt on it.

 Cook for like 2 minutes only on high heat while stirring it constantly. Take it off once ready and serve yummy hot Broccoli Stir Fry.

Note: Never over cook your veggies to avoid lumps. It devoid many nutrients from the vegetables. Broccoli Stir Fry makes a good snack when you are dieting.
